1. Introduction
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between LasMeta Platform (“LasMeta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) regarding your use of the LasMeta AI-Enhanced Social Poker Game platform (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
LasMeta is a skill-based gaming platform that provides:
- • AI-enhanced social poker gaming experiences
- • 100% on-chain economy using $LASM tokens
- • Digital asset trading and NFT marketplace
- • Community governance and social features
- • Skill-based reward systems
Important: LasMeta is a skill-based gaming platform and is NOT a gambling service. No real money is involved, and there are no financial losses possible. All rewards are based on performance metrics and achievements within the game environment.
3. User Eligibility and Registration
- • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 may access the Platform with parental consent and supervision.
- • Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
- • KYC Verification: You may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of our compliance requirements.

- • Skill-Based Rewards: Rewards are distributed based on performance metrics, achievements, and community contributions.
- • No Financial Returns: Rewards are ecosystem benefits, not financial investments or returns.
- • Blockchain Transparency: All token transactions are recorded on the blockchain for transparency and verification.
6. Digital Assets and NFTs
- • Ownership: Digital assets and NFTs purchased on the Platform are owned by you and recorded on the blockchain.
- • Trading: You may trade digital assets through the Platform's marketplace in accordance with our trading rules.
- • No Refunds: Due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions, purchases are final and non-refundable.
- • Marketplace Rules: All marketplace transactions must comply with our trading rules and community guidelines.

11. Termination

- • Platform Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of this Agreement.
- • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but your digital assets remain your property.
