COPPA

Effective 15 May 2026

Updated 15 May 2026

Effective Date: 15.08.2025

Last Updated: 15.08.2025

LasMeta Platform is committed to protecting the privacy of children who use our “LasMeta” Social Poker Game (“Game”) and associated services, websites, and applications (collectively, “Services”). This COPPA Compliance Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children under 13 years of age, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

1. Information Collection Practices

No Unconsented Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without obtaining verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.

Data Minimization:In cases where parental consent is obtained, we limit the collection of personal information from children to only what is necessary for the child's participation in our Services. We do not collect more information than is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

2. Obtaining Parental Consent

Verifiable Parental Consent: Before collecting any personal information from children under 13, we obtain verifiable parental consent. We utilize various methods to obtain and verify consent, including but not limited to:

  • • Email consent followed by a confirmatory email to the parent.
  • • Use of a credit card, debit card, or other online payment systems that provide notification of each discrete transaction to the account holder.
  • • Signed consent forms that are returned via mail, email, or fax.

Parental Notification:We provide parents with clear notice of our information collection practices, including what information we collect, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared. Parents are informed of their rights to consent to the collection of their child's information, review and delete their child's information, and refuse further collection.

3. Use of Collected Information

Purpose Limitation: Personal information collected from children is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Game and Services, ensuring security, and complying with legal obligations. We do not use personal information collected from children for marketing or advertising purposes.

No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not share personal information collected from children with third parties, except as necessary to operate our Services or as required by law. When information is shared, we ensure that the third party adheres to similar COPPA-compliant practices.

4. Parental Rights

Right to Review:Parents have the right to review any personal information we have collected from their child. Upon request, we will provide parents with a description of the specific types of personal information collected and allow them to review their child's information.

Right to Revoke Consent and Delete Information:Parents have the right to revoke their consent at any time and request that we delete their child's personal information. Upon receipt of such a request, we will delete the information promptly from our active records and instruct any service providers to do the same.

Right to Refuse Further Collection:Parents can refuse further collection of personal information from their child by notifying us. We will then take appropriate steps to discontinue further data collection and terminate the child's access to our Services if necessary.

5. Data Security

Security Measures:We employ industry-standard security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of children's personal information. This includes encryption, secure data storage, access controls, and regular security audits.

Incident Response:In the event of a data breach involving children's personal information, we will promptly notify affected parents and relevant authorities as required by law, and take all necessary steps to mitigate the impact of the breach.

6. Enforcement and Accountability

Internal Compliance Program: We have established an internal compliance program to ensure adherence to COPPA requirements. This program includes regular training for employees, ongoing monitoring of data practices, and regular audits to ensure compliance.

Legal Compliance: We cooperate fully with regulatory authorities in ensuring that our COPPA practices are compliant with applicable laws. We also engage in continuous review and improvement of our practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this COPPA Compliance Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify parents of any material changes by posting the revised policy on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of our Services after any such changes will constitute acceptance of the new policy.
